CEMATRIX Corporation Announces Appointment of New President, Chief Executive Officer and Director and Resignation of Directors

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - June 17, 2008) - CEMATRIX Corporation (TSX VENTURE:CVX) (the "Corporation") The Corporation announces that David Pickrell tendered his resignation as a director of the Corporation effective June 16, 2008. In addition, he has provided notice to the Corporation that he will depart as Chief Executive Officer and President effective June 19, 2008. The Corporation is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Kendrick has agreed to take on the positions of Chief Executive Officer and President and effective immediately has been appointed to the board of directors of the Corporation.

The Corporation would like to thank Mr. Pickrell for his contributions to the Corporation during his tenure as an officer and director. Mr. Pickrell is looking forward to new opportunities and the Corporation wishes him success in his future endeavours.

The Corporation also announces that is has accepted the resignation of David Madsen, Melinda Park and Andy Radler as directors of the Corporation. The Corporation wishes to express its thanks to each of the foregoing persons for their service to the Corporation.

The Corporation will be introducing new additional directors in its Annual Meeting Information material to assist the Corporation in its continued development and growth.
