CEMATRIX Corporation Announces New Order - First U.S. Project

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Feb. 7, 2011) - CEMATRIX Corporation (TSX VENTURE:CVX) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CEMATRIX (Canada) Inc., has received a binding purchase order in the amount of $1.47 million USD for the supply of engineered fill and tunnel fill for a project located in Chicago, Illinois. This brings the total contracted sales for 2011 to $3.1 million CDN, most of which relate to infrastructure applications.

CEMATRIX is an Alberta corporation with its head offices in Calgary, Alberta.
