CEMATRIX Corporation Announces New Orders With Record Values

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - March 29, 2007) - CEMATRIX Corporation (TSX VENTURE:CVX) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CEMATRIX (Canada) Inc., has received orders valued in excess of $5.3 million to supply Cellular Concrete for major oil sands and refinery projects in the Fort McMurray and Fort Saskatchewan areas of Alberta. One of these orders is setting a new milestone for the Corporation, with a 300% increase over the largest order received previously.

As of today's date, the Corporation's sales orders are 120% ahead of the total annual sales for 2006, which represents an excellent start to the 2007 year.

CEMATRIX is an Alberta corporation with its head offices in Calgary, Alberta. The Corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiary, is a manufacturer and supplier of technologically advanced cellular concrete products with applications in a variety of markets, including oil and gas construction and infrastructure construction. Cellular concrete provides a cost and labour saving solution as a replacement for rigid and other insulating materials in frost-susceptible or permafrost conditions. Cellular concrete is also used in void filling situations and as a replacement for granular fills and weak or unstable soils.
