Cenit Announces Asset Tracking Development Poject

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - May 25, 2006) -

Asset Tracking Software - Blue Port Intellectual Property

Cenit Corporation ("Cenit" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CNT)(PINK SHEETS:CNTGF) announced today that the software division of subsidiary Blue Port Technologies Inc. ("Blue Port") has been selected to develop, deploy and manage an asset management and tracking system for an Ontario university.

The software application will automate the distribution, management and return processes for an initial group of 7,500 lap top computers Functionality will include legacy system integration, session and administrative management as well as security and authentication protocols. Future system enhancements will incorporate RFID technology to provide unit tracking capability.

Blue Port President Paul Sleight said: "We are pleased to have been selected for this project and are on schedule for completion and deployment by the end of June 2006. Minds 4 Vision is building brand awareness through the delivery, servicing and management of intuitive, user friendly software solutions that manage large data flows for institutional and corporate clients".

Other Minds 4 Vision products include the Acentrix Data Analysis Suite; a business intelligence solution that delivers strategic decision support and marketing data analysis. Designed to process extremely large amounts of data quickly, Acentrix has been licensed to Rogers Cable for three years and is being modified in preparation for a roll-out across the entire Rogers group of companies. New business includes an insurance industry version of Acentrix and several health sector solutions.

Acquisition of Blue Port common shares

Pursuant to his recent appointment as chief operating officer of Blue Port, Tim Campbell has acquired a 4% interest in Blue Port. Mr. Campbell serves as Senior Vice President and Director of the Company and works closely with Paul Sleight and the Blue Port management team.
