Cenit Announces Joint Venture With Microsoft CRM Partner, Acquisition of Technology Placements Group

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 18, 2006) - Cenit Corporation ("the Company")(TSX VENTURE:CNT)(PINK SHEETS:NTGF) announced today that subsidiary Blue Port Technologies Inc. has entered into a Joint Venture with WolfBridge Solutions Corporation ("WolfBridge"). Under the Joint Venture, Blue Port and WolfBridge have combined their expertise in the specialized Customer Relationships Management ("CRM") field and look forward to strengthening Wolfbrige's position as a leading provider of Microsoft CRM sales and services.
