Cenit Announces Software License Sales

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 20, 2006) - Cenit Corporation ("Cenit" or the "Company")(TSX VENTURE:CNT)(PINK SHEETS:CNTGF) announced today that the Minds4Vision software development division of its Blue Port Technologies Inc. subsidiary has sold an additional twenty Client Seat Licenses and two Table Licenses for its acentrix data mining software application to Rogers Cable increasing the acentrix installation at Rogers Cable to 70 Client Seat Licenses and 12 Table Licenses.

This most recent sale is in addition to license sales expected from the deployment of the latest acentrix enhancements which are currently in development for Rogers and scheduled to be in beta testing by the end of the current month and rolled out across multiple divisions within Rogers Cable TV parent company: Rogers Communications Inc. early in the first quarter 2007.
