Ceno Energy Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:CUX) (the "Company") announces that it has received TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") acceptance and will officially change its name to Vital Energy Inc. The name change was approved by the shareholders of the Company on September 30, 2014.

Trading under the new name "Vital Energy Inc." will commence on the TSXV at the opening of trading on October 10, 2014 under the new symbol "VUX".
