Centale, Inc. Appoints New Members to Board of Directors Including Former University of Miami Hurricanes Football Player

POMANO BEACH, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 26, 2006 -- Centale, Inc. (OTCBB: CNTL) is pleased to announce that the Company has appointed additional members to the Board of Directors. Carlos Huerta, Bob Kutnick and Dan DeArmus have joined the Board of Directors for Centale, Inc.

Robert Kutnick, an independent consultant and investor, is the former Vice President of Business Development for Citrix. In that position he led and supported the execution of mergers and acquisitions, as well as new market and business ventures and global expansion opportunities. Previous to that he served as chief technology officer and senior Vice President of Strategic Business Development for Lernout & Hauspie Speech Products and held the same position for Quarterdeck Corporation (1992-1996), where he managed the integration of 12 public and private companies into the organization. He has also served as a strategic project management executive and has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Mr. Kutnick holds a master's degree in computer information and control engineering as well as two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Michigan.

Carlos Huerta is the President and CEO of Go Global Properties, a real estate investment firm in Las Vegas, NV. Mr. Huerta received a graduate degree in Business, with a concentration in finance from the University of Miami. He was a four-year letterman, a player for a National Championship Football Team, and was elected a 1st Team Academic All-America, while graduating with honors from the University of Miami.

Dan DeArmas is Principal Partner of Sierra Agency, a business consulting services firm specializing in Marketing and Web Services. Prior to Sierra Agency, Mr. DeArmas spent seven years with COMSYS IT Services, a $650 million IT staffing and solutions firm focused on serving Fortune 500 companies. Most recently Mr. DeArmas served as Director, Marketing and Web Services. Mr. DeArmas graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in Communications.
