Centaurus Capital LP Acquires Shares of Potash One Inc.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 5, 2011) - Centaurus Capital LP ("Centaurus") announces that on December 31, 2010, through funds it manages, it acquired control of 100,000 common shares of Potash One Inc. ("Potash One") representing approximately 0.1% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Potash one. The total number of common shares of Potash One controlled by Centaurus, through funds it manages, together with all persons and companies acting jointly or in concert with Centaurus, is now 4,264,800, representing approximately 5.07% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Potash one. Centaurus acquired all of its common shares of Potash One since the announcement of the proposed take-over of Potash One by K+S Aktiengesellschaft on November 22, 2010. Centaurus has acquired 3,100,300 common shares of Potash One since the formal commencement of the take-over bid on December 13, 2010.

Centaurus acquired the common shares in the open market through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange. Centaurus acquired the common shares for investment purposes only.
