Centennial Place Welcomes Borden Ladner Gervais LLP

Prominent National Law Firm signs long term lease

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - March 26, 2007) - Oxford Properties Group is pleased to announce that Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) has signed a long term lease for 127,000 square feet in Oxford's latest Calgary office development - Centennial Place. The lease will accommodate BLG's growing Calgary presence and will commence upon completion of building construction in 2009.
