Center for Diagnostic Imaging Names Rick Long as President and Chief Operating Officer

MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwired - Aug 26, 2014) -  Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) announces today that Rick Long has been named President in addition to Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Long has served as CDI's COO for the past three years, prior to which he held business development and operating leadership positions within the organization since joining in 2004. Robert Baumgartner will continue to hold the position of Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.

As President and COO, Mr. Long will focus on the day-to-day responsibilities for all center operations from the corporate support teams through CDI's national network of partnerships in communities across the U.S. In addition, he will assume responsibility for CDI's Quality Institute, a non-profit entity which was founded in 2003 to define and pursue quality measure in radiology.
