Centerra Gold Announces Unrestricted Access to its Kumtor Mine

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 21, 2005) - Centerra Gold Inc. (TSX:CG) today announced that it now has unrestricted access to and from its Kumtor mine, in the Kyrgyz Republic, following the termination of the illegal roadblocks. Transportation of employees and supplies to and from the mine has resumed.

The Company does not anticipate a material negative impact from this event on its fourth quarter production forecast.
