Central Iron Ore Extends Warrants

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 25, 2013) -

Central Iron Ore Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:CIO) ("CIO" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has applied to extend the term of 10,000,000 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") that were issued as part of an offering which closed on May 13, 2011. The Warrants are exercisable for one common share in the capital of the Company, at an exercise price of $0.30. The Company has submitted an application to the TSX Venture Exchange to have the expiration date of the Warrants extended to May 13, 2015.
