Central Mass. Business Group CMEA Signs Deal With GoodWorks Insurance

Members Support Communities With Insurance Agency That Donates Half of Profits to Charities

WESTBOROUGH, MA--(Marketwired - May 31, 2015) - CMEA The Employers Association, which helps Central Massachusetts employers manage employee relations, has named GoodWorks Insurance as its endorsed independent insurance agency.

Members of the Westborough-based association can take advantage of GoodWorks' risk management services and expertise in placing property-casualty insurance for organizations of all sizes and types. Additionally, a GoodWorks consultant can work with members to assess the feasibility of creating a group auto-and-home insurance program for their employees.

GoodWorks Insurance donates 50 percent of its operating profits to local nonprofits that support education, healthcare and public safety through GoodWorks Community Grants.

"GoodWorks Insurance is a topnotch independent agency that helps both individuals and organizations get the best value on property-casualty insurance," said Mark Patrick, CMEA member services. "We love the idea that part of the dollars spent on premiums will come back to local communities and that our members will have a voice on who'll get grants."

GoodWorks has special expertise working with manufacturers and machine shops, contractors, nonprofits, banks and financial institutions, fuel oil and propane dealers, convenience stores, craft brewers, schools and children's programs, medical and dental providers and others. It represents more than 40 of America's best insurance companies, providing one-stop shopping and better prices, delivered with responsive local counsel and service.

GoodWorks Insurance has five offices in Connecticut and Massachusetts, including Worcester. CMEA members can contact Paul Brian, COO of GoodWorks Insurance, at 800-588-8330 ext. 111 to learn more. More information is online at www.goodworksinsurance.com.
