Centric CRM Becomes Charter Member of Open Solutions Alliance to Foster Interoperability Between Premier Open Source Enterprise Apps

Company Joins EnterpriseDB, JasperSoft, SourceForge, SpikeSource and Others; Organizational Goal is to Provide Turnkey, Cross-Application Solutions at Lowest Cost

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 14, 2007 -- LINUXWORLD OPEN SOLUTIONS SUMMIT -- Centric CRM, developer of a leading open source Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, announced today that it has joined other respected open source application providers in establishing the Open Solutions Alliance (OSA), a new, non-profit and vendor-neutral industry organization dedicated to simplifying and expanding the operational landscape for open source business applications.

Joining Centric CRM in founding the Open Solutions Alliance are Adaptive Planning, CollabNet, EnterpriseDB, Hyperic, JasperSoft, Openbravo, SpikeSource, SourceForge and Talend. Membership in the OSA is open to any company or organization committed to removing barriers to the adoption of open source applications, and to abiding by the OSA's code of ethics.

All collaboration will be conducted in the open emphasizing improvements that have practical value.
