CEO of H3 Enterprises Dr. Benjamin Chavis Announces the National Grand Opening of the HipHopSodaShop on "The Cavuto Show" on Fox Business Network

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - December 11, 2007) - H3 Enterprises, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HTRE), the world's first publicly traded Hip-Hop company and parent company of the HipHopSodaShop, announced that its CEO and President, Dr. Benjamin Chavis, and Hip-Hop mogul Russell Simmons appeared on "The Cavuto Show" on Fox Business Network hosted by Neil Cavuto to discuss the impact of Hip-Hop on business and on Presidential politics. During the interview, Dr. Chavis announced that the national grand opening of the first HipHopSodaShop in Tampa, Florida will take place on December 18, 2007.

Dr. Chavis and Mr. Simmons covered a whole range of issues with Mr. Cavuto from Presidential politics to poverty to entrepreneurship to youth voting and economic youth empowerment.
