Cephas Holding Expands MMA iPhone Portfolio

PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - March 23, 2010) -  Cephas Holding Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CEHC) today announced that it has entered into a contract with MMA legend, Dan "The Beast" Severn to develop iPhone applications. The Beast is currently developing a training application for new MMA fighters. 

Dan "The Beast" Severn is well known to the millions of MMA fans around the world. He was a pioneer in the sport along with Royce Gracie and Ken Shamrock. In addition to numerous MMA championships, Dan also has a commitment to training the next generation of new fighters. The upcoming app will be the first app developed with one of the UFC legends offering specific advice on how to become a fighter and train for the sport of mixed martial arts.

Cephas Holding Corp. currently offers the popular MMA Underboss app on iTunes. The company is also working with Fedor Emelianenko to develop apps for the best MMA fighter in the world. Cephas expects to continue to add fighters and MMA brands to its roster of iPhone offerings. 

MMA has grown from a niche sport to an international phenomenon. Thousands of athletes are now eager to climb into the cage. The new app from Dan Severn will let new fighters follow a specific, proven path to MMA success. 

The app is expected to be available in June.
