Ceres Appoints Don Williams to VP of Exploration

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Feb. 18, 2009) - Ceres Capital Corp. (the "Company" or "Ceres") (TSX VENTURE:SRS.P) is pleased to announce that Don Williams has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Exploration for the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Reliable Energy Ltd.

"He brings a wealth of knowledge and successful experience from his past work on the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin including the Williston Basin in south eastern Saskatchewan and south western Manitoba, both of which are currently key exploration areas for Reliable Energy Ltd."

Mr. Williams is a Professional Geologist with more than 16 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has worked with such companies as Starpoint, Tristar, Tundra and CNRL and has served most recently as VP of Propel Energy. Mr. Williams holds a BSC. in geology from the University of Regina.

Mr. Williams will be responsible for managing Reliable Energy Ltd.'s aggressive exploration and exploitation program aimed at developing the Bakken and Three Forks producing reserves. He will be joining Alan Blackie, Reliable Energy's current Exploration Manager and a Professional Geologist with more than 30 years of experience. The two form part of the management team responsible for advancing the currently producing, shallow gas and Devonian reef projects in Alberta.
