CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Jan. 21, 2016) - CERF Incorporated (the "Company" or "CERF") (TSX VENTURE:CFL) announces that Mr. Wayne Wadley has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors effective January 20, 2016.

CERF's Board of Directors, comprised of J. Blair Goertzen, William Guinan, Artie T. Kos, David Maplethorpe, Bradley Munro and Ken Stephens, thank Mr. Wadley for his contribution to the Board and wish him well in his future endeavors.
