MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwired - March 09, 2015) - Ceridian announces that as part of a recent closed transaction in which it acquired most of the assets of RelatedMatters, Inc., the two co-founders of the award winning start-up have joined the Ceridian senior executive team.
RelatedMatters launched a team relatability solution to develop thriving relationships amongst employees and help organizations build better cultures. The solution, named TeamRelate was named an Awesome New Startup for HR by Human Resource Executive® Magazine in 2014. TeamRelate provides valuable assessment information and practical coaching, helping colleagues communicate and collaborate effectively.
Jon Harris joins Ceridian as senior vice president, RelatedMatters. As such, Jon is responsible for the delivery of the relatability solution to market. "I am thrilled to be part of Ceridian and look forward to delivering on a product that will help our customers' employees interact more effectively by assessing communication styles and engagement," says Harris.
Ted Malley joins Ceridian as senior vice president, Product Evangelism. Ted will contribute to thought leadership and business advancement and will lead in the development of content strategies that drive internal and external messaging in a variety of mediums for all target audiences.
