Integration Accelerates and Expands Access to Certona's Predictive Cloud

This benefit is achieved by integrating Certona's Hosted Tag and personalized experience management solutions with the Tealium iQ™ tag management system and Tealium AudienceStream™ solution.

Mutual clients can implement Certona's real-time personalization platform through the Tealium IQ user interface, reducing deployment by 40 percent and streamlining data collection. Further, clients can improve site conversions with instantaneous access to rich marketing and segmentation data via the Tealium AudienceStream connection. This could include historical customer information such as behavior, past purchases, CRM data and POS data. Certona clients using AudienceStream benefit from the ability to trigger smarter real-time interactions based on behaviors and personas enhanced by the AudienceStream solution.

This strategic collaboration also enables digital marketers to continuously augment visitor profiles with additive data from web and mobile channels. For example, brands can define business rules or assign attributes to a customer profile, such as 'VIP' or 'coupon-fan,' based on a customer milestone or behavior.
