CES 2015: Anakando Media Group's 3DHead Launches Prosumer Version of GCS3 GameCaster

New Product Allows Creators to Film Anywhere Within Virtual Environments and Revolutionizes Video Game Play; Demo at LVCC 25808 South Hall 2

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - January 06, 2015) - Bringing supercharged tools to the masses, 3DHead, a division of Alki David's Anakando Media Group, is presenting its revolutionary new 3D product -- also known as "The Oculus Rift Killer" -- at CES 2015.

When set in pro-mode, the device -- which uses exclusively licensed technology originally patented for the GCS3GameCaster and can be used as a headset and/or handset -- can allow a creative to film anywhere within a virtual world for game creation or filmmaking purposes.

When pro-mode is not enabled, the consumer version of 3DHead allows gamers to play any existing game, from any console system or via their PC without mouse or keyboard, and have a VR-like 3D experience -- unlike Oculus Rift, which only works on a handful of custom designed games.

"Plug it in play your favorite games now," says CEO Alki David. "Don't wait around for a non-existent market that may or may not create games you want."

The handset version of 3DHead also includes an android tablet that allows users to see 3D without special eyewear. "It's not like anything anyone's ever experienced before," says David.

A version of the GCS3 system has been used within the video game tournament arena, to enable sports camera operators to shoot the action from within a game or 3D world. The 3DHead/GCS3 hardware is already integrated with leading animation and game development software, including Autodesk, Maya, 3ds Max, and Unreal Engine 4. It has full head, arm and movement tracking as well as 2K resolution. It also avoids Oculus' notorious headaches and nausea.

"A smart, creative kid with 3DHead, who downloads the free versions of Maya and Unreal Engine 4, can most definitely produce the next Avatar," says David. "In pro-mode, this is an extraordinary production tool. Pro-mode off, 3Dhead is a universally compatible gaming and viewing apparatus.

The 3DHead headset will retail at $595. The handset is also $595. The two devices will be available as a bundle at $995.
