CES Synergies Commences Major Dorm Demolition at Florida State University

Project Scope to Include Asbestos Removal and Building Demolition

CRYSTAL SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwired - July 16, 2015) - CES Synergies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CESX) ("CES" or the "Company"), a full service environmental, asbestos abatement and demolition company, announced today that it has started demolition and abatement activities at Florida State University.

CES' scope of services includes asbestos removal from Deviney Hall and demolition of both Deviney Hall and Dorman Hall. The buildings are nine-story dormitories that were built in the 1950's. CES started demolition activities on Dorman Hall utilizing a crane and wrecking ball. The buildings will be reduced to four-story height utilizing the crane and then further reduced by use of a high reach excavator equipped with a hammer and with conventional demolition equipment.

CES is doing concurrent work on both buildings. Dorman Hall is in the process of being demolished while Deviney Hall is undergoing asbestos removal prior to demolition. Additional work efforts include the removal of all universal waste from both buildings, meaning the removal of all mercury containing bulbs, emergency exit light batteries and mercury containing switches.

Much of the demolition debris is concrete and is manifested to be recycled into coarse and fine graded aggregates. Approximately 400,000 square feet of masonry material and concrete will be recycled as this project progresses.

John Tostanoski, CEO of CES Synergies, commented, "We are pleased with the progress thus far on the demolition of Dorman Hall, which we expect to complete in the coming weeks. Once we have completed asbestos removal from Deviney Hall, we will start demolition as well. We have enjoyed working with many of the public and private university systems across Florida, appreciate the opportunity to help the state university system modernize its residential facilities, and look forward to additional projects like this in the future."
