CES Synergies, Inc. Announces Senior Leadership Changes

Company Strengthens Management Team

CRYSTAL SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwired - April 09, 2015) - CES Synergies, Inc. ("CES" or "the Company") (OTCQB: CESX), a specialty environmental services company, is pleased to announce that the Company has appointed a new Chief Executive Officer. The Company's board of directors has appointed the Company's current President, John Tostanoski, the CEO, while the current CEO, Clyde A. Biston, will remain as Chairman of Board and Chief Visionary to the Company. 

The new CEO's appointment is an integral part of an organizational strategy that reflects CES Synergies' focus on becoming the leading provider of specialty environmental services to a rapidly expanding customer base. The Company intends to focus its efforts on providing the highest near-term value to its customers, employees, and shareholders. Mr. Tostanoski will refine and direct CES Synergies' corporate strategy, vision, and mission to ensure the effective implementation of those "next generation" plans.

Previously the President of the Company, Mr. Tostanoski has over forty years of experience in the environmental consulting and contracting industry, including project management and joined Cross Environmental Services in 2003. He has also held the President and CEO positions in both public and private environmental firms.
