CES Synergies Receives $742,000 Air Force Housing Demolition Task Order

CES Synergies' Subsidiary, Cross Environmental Services, Has Been Issued Its First Task Order for Military Housing Privatization at Eglin Air Force Base

CRYSTAL SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwired - July 22, 2015) - CES Synergies, Inc. (OTC PINK: CESX) ("CES" or the "Company"), a full service environmental, asbestos abatement and demolition company, announced today that it has received the first demolition and asbestos abatement task order related to the military housing privatization at Eglin Air Force base. The scope of services associated with the task order is the demolition of 82 enlisted and non-commissioned officer residential units, along with the asbestos removal from 14 of these units. This task order totals $742,916 and is expected to be completed in 11 months. This is the first task order issued pursuant to the Master Service Agreement for work at both Eglin Air Force Base and Hulbert Field wherein 1,170 units are scheduled to be demolished. Work is anticipated to continue for the next three years under the Master Service Agreement and, if the Company receives task orders for each of the remaining units, the Agreement could potentially generate revenue of approximately $10 million.
