CES Synergies' Subsidiary, Cross Environmental Services, Implements Strategic Alliance With Federal Contractor Team Henry Enterprises

CRYSTAL SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwired - May 19, 2015) - CES Synergies, Inc. (OTCQB: CESX) announces that its subsidiary, Cross Environmental Services, Inc. (CES), has entered into a strategic teaming agreement with Team Henry Enterprises, LLC (Team Henry). Team Henry is a Virginia-based Small Business Administration (SBA)-approved 8(a) construction entity that specializes in federal construction projects across multiple disciplines with offices in three states. Recent demolition and asbestos abatement projects targeted include Fort Campbell Kentucky Five-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) and a US Army Corps of Engineers Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The teaming agreement is a form contract that has been approved by the SBA and has been utilized to strategic effect on numerous projects.
