CES Synergies' Subsidiary Cross Environmental Services, Inc. Receives Contract and Related Notice to Proceed for Remediation and Demolition of a Hotel Complex

CRYSTAL SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwired - April 02, 2015) - CES Synergies (OTCQB: CESX) announces that its subsidiary Cross Environmental Services, Inc. (CES), has received a contract to remediate and demolish a 73,500 square foot hotel complex in Vero Beach, Florida.

CES will first remediate the buildings by removal of asbestos-containing material within a portion of the complex by means of strip and removal and wet method. Once the complex is fully remediated, CES will demolish one hundred percent of the remaining structures and dispose of same.
