CES Synergies' Subsidiary Cross Environmental Services, Inc., Receives Term Contract for Florida Department of Transportation District VII

CRYSTAL SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwired - July 17, 2014) - CES Synergies, Inc. (OTCQB: CESX) announces that its subsidiary, Cross Environmental Services, Inc. (CES), has been awarded a three-year term contract to provide remediation services for the Florida Department of Transportation, District VII. District VII encompasses the Florida counties of Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas with the major cities of Brooksville, Clearwater, Dunedin, Largo, New Port Richey, St. Petersburg, and Tampa. The contract will consist of task orders to provide services as directed by the Florida Department of Transportation over the three-year term of the contract. The contract is renewable at the parties' option for an additional three years.
