CF Green Corp. Announces Merger With Eco-Safe Systems Inc.

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 19, 2006 -- CF Green Corporation (PINKSHEETS: CFGE) is pleased to announce today that a merger with Eco-Safe Systems Inc. of Los Angeles, California was consummated yesterday. Eco-Safe (www.ecosafesystemsusa.com) manufactures and markets proprietary ozone water disinfection and reclamation systems.

Stock certificates were exchanged and Board members, Dan Green, Tariq Ahmad and Jerry Kumar resigned from the board and resigned from any positions as officers held by them. As part of the merger agreement the Board of Directors appointed Michael Elliot, Michael McCluney and Stanley McKiernan to the board. The new board will immediately appoint new officers for the Company. The Company plans to change its name and ticker symbol in the immediate future. At closing there were 60,376,372 shares outstanding.

Eco-Safe Systems is headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Eco-Safe developed a system that generates ozone on demand for the disinfection and sanitization of food products. It is enjoying increasing sales of the systems. It is marketing primarily to grocery stores, seafood distributors and meat processors. It also has utilized its technology to develop a home water purification system that removes solids and bacteria.
