Most recently Mahesh was at VMware where he led Product and Competitive Marketing for the company's Cloud Operations offerings. In this role he was responsible for creating and executing the go to market strategy for cloud management technologies with a specific focus on Cloud Operations. He was also instrumental in helping VMware enter new markets by launching new category specific software products focused on IT Operations analytics.
Prior to VMware, Mahesh held leadership roles spanning R&D, Product Management and Product Marketing at Dell and Symantec. He holds an MBA from Duke University, a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters in Materials Science from the Colorado School of Mines.
