The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Uncle T Food Ltd. are warning people with allergies to peanuts not to consume the Sweet Potato Shape Snack and Turbinate Shape Snack products described below. The affected products may contain peanuts which are not declared on the label.
All codes of the following products of Korea, imported for Uncle T Food, are affected by this alert:

These products have been distributed in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.
There has been one reported illness associated with the consumption of these products.
Consumption of these products may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies to peanuts.
The importer, Uncle T Food Ltd., Richmond, British Columbia, is voluntarily recalling the affected products from the marketplace.
The CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of the recall.
