According to Norman F. Anderson, CEO of CG/LA Infrastructure, "The North America Leadership Forum has three overarching objectives: to generate business for participants; to double the level of infrastructure investment in North America, thereby dramatically enhancing competitiveness; and to bring the public and private sectors together to move projects forward."
