Chalk Media Corp. Announces Grant of Options

VANCOUVER, BC and WASHINGTON, DC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 6, 2007 -- Chalk Media Corp. (TSX-V: CKM) announces that it has granted 500,000 options to Mr. James Speros, the Chairman of Chalk Inc., the company's US subsidiary, 150,000 options to Delano Lewis, a director of the company, and 500,000 options to Jody Glidden, the Executive VP for Chalk Inc. The options have an exercise price of $0.25 and are exercisable until December 21, 2011. The option grants are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
