Chandelier Creative Adds Four and Appoints Managing Director in Latest Round of Hires

Hires Include a Former Brain Chemist and Harvard Grad Who Helped Launch Maple


NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - September 27, 2016) - Independent creative media and branded storytelling agency, Chandelier Creative announced today the appointment of four new employees, and the promotion of Account Director, Alanna Lynch to Managing Director. The agency hired Alexandre Stipanovich as Culture Editor, Zachary Sniderman as Content Director, Justin Solitrin as Associate Creative Director and Adam Okrasinski as Associate Creative Director for the agency's longtime Old Navy client. These appointments support the agency's ongoing expansion into new disciplines and commitment to building a team of individuals from all walks of life.

After four years of rising through the ranks of the agency, leading campaigns for top brands such as Virgin Cruises, Target, and Old Navy, Lynch will now oversee and manage day-to-day responsibilities of the agency's growing client roster. She has held previous roles at agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather and M&C Saatchi in Australia. Lynch will report directly into Prince.

The bolstering of the teams comes at a time of growth for Chandelier, with each new hire representing the agency's emerging capabilities in the creative content space. Since 2014, the agency has doubled in size -- from 20 employees to 40 employees -- attracting talent from a mix of backgrounds.

Alexandre Stipanovich, takes on the newly created position of Culture Editor and will be responsible for helping drive the culture arm of the agency, by driving partnerships with influencers, and programming Chandelier's spaces in New York City, East Hampton and Los Angeles. Stipanovich has his PhD in neuroscience, and has previously worked on brain chemistry at the Yale Medical School, as well as Nobel Laureate's Lab at Rockefellar University, before leaving to embrace his interest in culture.

Zachary Sniderman joins as the agency's Content Director, where he will drive the growth of Chandelier's content and digital division. He brings branding and strategy experience, from his most recent role of launching Maple New York. He's also a former journalist, holding previous positions at Berger & Wild, Vanity Fair, Mashable, and contributing articles to the New York Times Magazine, GQ, Esquire and more. Sniderman received his Bachelor's degree at Harvard, and went on to complete his Masters in Science at Columbia.

Justin Solitrin brings a unique perspective to his role as Associate Creative Director, combining his background in editorial with a keen understanding of the luxury retail and lifestyle space. Previously, Justin served as Creative Director of Tokion magazine, where he expanded the outlet's history in arts, music, fashion, and culture, carrying out strategic partnerships in events and advertising with brands such as Levi's, Swatch, Ray Ban, Onitsuka Tiger, Bombay Sapphire, Smart Car, Scion and Nada Art Fair. He was also instrumental in launching Factory, a women's fashion pictorial magazine -- finding an international audience with its visual-only format. He made a shift from editorial to retail advertising and has worked on campaigns for top brands, such as Bloomingdale's, Calvin Klein, Lord & Taylor, The Children's Place, Girl Scouts, among others.

Adam Okrasinski, the agency's newly hired Associate Creative Director,will support Chandelier's longtime Old Navy client, as they head into the upcoming holiday season, with new brand spokesperson Amy Schumer. He comes from his most recent role of ACD, in-house at Armani Exchange, where he helped create a new identity for fashion brand with global ad campaigns. He's also worked in-house for brands like Michael Kors and iHeart Radio.

All new hires will start effective immediately.
