Change of Command Ceremony at Port-Cartier Institution

PORT-CARTIER, QUÉBEC--(Marketwire - June 22, 2012) - On June 21, 2012, the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) held a Change of Command Ceremony at Port-Cartier Institution. This event marked the change in command from the outgoing Warden Mr. Claude Duguay to the incoming Warden Mr. Gilles Rose.

The ceremony highlights the importance of being the leader of an institution and the responsibilities associated with taking on the role of warden.
