Change of Trustee and Manager of Redwood Global High Dividend Fund

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Aug. 26, 2013) - Caldwell Investment Management Ltd. ("Caldwell") is pleased to announce that the proposed change of trustee and manager of Redwood Global High Dividend Fund (the "Fund") from Redwood Asset Management Inc. to Caldwell has received all necessary unitholder and regulatory approvals and is now complete.

The name of the Fund has been changed to "Clearpoint Global Dividend Fund". Units of the Fund are now offered for sale to investors pursuant to a simplified prospectus and annual information form dated July 30, 2013.
