Change to Serenic Corporation Board

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - May 18, 2010) - Serenic Corporation (the "Corporation" or "Serenic") (TSX VENTURE:SER), announced today that Don Caron has resigned as a director of the Board of the Corporation, effective immediately.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Caron for his commitment, dedication and assistance to the Corporation during the past ten years, and wishes him well in all his future endeavours.


Serenic Corporation publishes mission-critical software products for not-for-profits (NFP), educational institutions and governments. The Company's products are based on leading application and technology platforms from Microsoft, including Dynamics NAV, SQL Server, and .NET, and are distributed in North America and internationally through value-added resellers and a direct sales organization.
