In August, the number of shares in SEMAFO increased by 185,000 common shares, corresponding to 185,000 votes. The increase in the number of shares and votes results from the exercise of options.

As of August 31, 2015, the total number of shares in the Corporation amounts to 294,271,038 and the total number of votes totals 294,271,038. The Corporation's share capital as of August 31, 2015 amounts to approximately SEK 6,116,989,651.
