Changes at RONA's Commercial and Professional Market Division Management Team


BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - June 20, 2012) - RONA inc. (TSX:RON)(TSX:RON.PR.A), the largest Canadian distributor and retailer of hardware, renovation and gardening products, announces that Michael Storfer will leave his position as the Corporation's Vice President, Commercial and Professional Market and President of Noble, on Friday June 22, 2012.

Michael Storfer is leaving RONA after having participated directly in every stage of RONA's growth in the Commercial and Professional Market division created in 2007 following the acquisition of Noble, a specialized plumbing company he founded almost 20 years ago.

He has built a very solid company, leader in its market with an experienced management team and dedicated employees. Starting Friday, Jim Anderson, currently Vice President of Sales at Noble, will become General Manager of RONA's Commercial and Professional Market division and Noble. Based at RONA's Commercial and Professional Market division administrative office in Concord, Ontario, Jim joined Noble in 2004 and has been a key contributor to the successful expansion of the company since that time.
