Changfeng Announces Appointment of New Directors

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 10, 2015) - Changfeng Energy Inc. ("Changfeng" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CFY), is pleased to announce that the is very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Yongbiao "Winfield" Ding and Mr. Yan Zhao as new board directors of the Company as approved at the board meeting held on March 10, 2015.

Mr. Ding is a chartered professional accountant of Ontario working mainly as Chief Financial Officer for public and private companies. He currently is part-time CFO of Sparton Resources Inc. a junior mining company operating in both China and Canada, CFO of IND Dairytech Limited, a dairy farm business in China, and CFO of Turuss (Canada) Industry Co., Ltd., a private company in Ontario manufacturing and distributing lumber and hardwood floors products. In the last few years he has also served as the CFO for a number of other TSXV public companies.

Mr. Zhao is currently the CFO of the Company and he is also a chartered professional accountant of Ontario. Mr. Huajun Lin, the Chairman and CEO of the Changfeng stated that, "We welcome Mr. Ding and Mr. Zhao to our Board."
