ChannelAdvisor Strengthens Management Team; Hires Vice President of US Sales

Technology Industry Leader Brings 20 Years Experience in Sales Growth and Customer Service

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 31, 2005 -- ChannelAdvisor, the leading provider of channel management solutions (CMS), today announced that Kevin Fitzgerald has joined the company as Vice President of Sales. Kevin will be responsible for all US sales functions including growing our Fortune 1000 and SMB units.

Kevin's appointment strengthens an already-solid management team that is tackling the challenge of enabling businesses of all sizes across the globe to sell successfully through the world's largest online channels.

ChannelAdvisor recently announced $18 million Series B financing, the proceeds of which are being used to continue the company's aggressive growth into new products and services in the US and Internationally.

Kevin Fitzgerald, a 20-year veteran of software and services sales, is responsible for strengthening and broadening relationships with ChannelAdvisor's existing and potential customers. He previously served as vice president of sales for Ultimus, a provider of business process management and workflow automation software and services. While at Ultimus, Kevin led the sales and account management team through significant growth of customers, revenue and employees for four straight years. Prior to Ultimus, Kevin held senior management positions with both IBM and Sapiens. Kevin holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, an MBA in Information Systems from Pace University, and a BBA in Management Accounting from Pace University.
