ChannelBrain Adds Support for Seven Additional Comparison Shopping Engines, Announces New Pricing and Packages

QUINCY, MA--(Marketwire - September 10, 2007) - Freeportway, provider of multi-channel e-commerce solutions for the catalog, mail order and direct marketing industry, announced today a new release of ChannelBrain, its leading Web 2.0 based application for comparison shopping (CSE) and online channel marketing management.

With this release, the company adds support for seven additional shopping engines: Yahoo Shopping, Pronto,,, PriceGrabber, PriceRunner, WindowsLive. Currently supporting thirteen engines, the company plans on adding new engines easily through ChannelBrain's plug-in architecture.

Also announced are two new pricing plans.

The ChannelBrain BASIC plan, $99 per month, allows merchants to syndicate up to 10,000 products to six of the most popular comparison shopping engines. ChannelBrain's powerful Analytics and ROI reporting tools are included.

The ChannelBrain PRO plan provides unlimited product syndication and full access to all comparison shopping engines supported. The PRO plan allows API access into ChannelBrain and provides "connector" software for supported back-office inventory systems.

The "PRO" version is $199 per month.
