Canada is on the forefront of mobile and wireless device use. Seventy-five percent of Canadian households have a mobile device and more than one third of smart phone owners use the mobile web on a daily basis (CWTA). Also, data shows that a growing majority of mobile searches are local searches, indicating how important it is for dealers and retailers to have a mobile-friendly version of their website.
