Chariot Signs Memorandum of Understanding With Pittsburgh Dealer

BARTOW, FL--(Marketwire - June 11, 2007) - American Commerce Solutions, Inc.'s (OTCBB: AACS) wholly owned subsidiary, Chariot Manufacturing Company (Chariot), today announced that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with prominent Pittsburgh, Pa. businessman, Gary Celovsky, to form the first dealership for Chariot Trailers.

Chariot spokesman Ken McCleave stated, "This is a tremendous milestone for Chariot. We are especially excited about the prospect of working with an individual of Mr. Celovsky's caliber. His successful track record in dealership operations, sales and service is invaluable. His experience as a Harley-Davidson dealer will serve him and Chariot well."

Mr. Celovsky commented, "I have always been dedicated to quality products and first rate service. Since selling my Harley-Davidson dealership, I have been looking for other challenges and opportunities to serve the Pittsburgh area. I'm positive about my association with Chariot Trailers because of the quality and value they offer. Their reputation precedes them."

Daniel L. Hefner, CEO and President of American Commerce Solutions, Inc, (AACS), noted, " It took us a little longer to complete the MOU than expected, but the significance of getting this first dealership program in place warranted the additional effort. Gary is a busy entrepreneur and his time is at a premium. We trust that the extra time put into the MOU will shorten the time to a completed Dealership Agreement."

Specific terms and conditions are still being negotiated regarding the dealership. The non-binding MOU is the first step in the process. Specific territorial coverage and stocking levels remain to be determined.
