Charles "Chad" Holliday, DuPont Chairman, Elected to CH2M HILL Board of Directors

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - June 10, 2009) - CH2M HILL, a global full-service engineering, procurement, construction, and operations firm, announced today that Charles "Chad" O. Holliday, Jr. has been elected to its board of directors.

Mr. Holliday has been a member of the board of directors of DuPont since 1997, and has served as its chairman since 1999. He is also a member of the board of directors of Deere & Company. Mr. Holliday served as chief executive officer of DuPont from February 1998 through January 2009. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, is the chairman of U.S. Council on Competitiveness, and is a founding member of the International Business Council. Mr. Holliday formerly served as the chairman of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and the Business Roundtable's Task Force for Environment, Technology and Economy. He is also the chair emeritus of the board of directors of Catalyst.
