About Waste2Energy, Inc:

Waste2Energy, a Delaware corporation, was organized in 2007. Headquartered in New York, they have commercial offices in London and a design, engineering and production center in Iceland. In November 2007, they acquired state-of-the-art technologies based on gasification and subsequent clean oxidation of waste. The company owns proprietary technologies that convert waste into green energy and competes in the growing worldwide market for waste-to-energy systems that simultaneously destroy waste and generate green energy. The Company designs, manufactures and installs small footprint, simple, cost-effective gasification technologies that are scalable, modular, environmentally friendly and robust enough to operate in harsh and remote environments and provides customized engineering solutions that enable our customers to convert solid waste streams traditionally destined for landfill or incineration into clean, renewable energy. The Company monetizes waste at or near its source, while simultaneously contributing towards a reduction in landfills. The Company's goal is to become a global provider of waste-to-energy systems and services. The strategic focus is on the sale of its gasification technologies to waste management and energy companies with the resources to advance integrated waste-to-energy projects. Other target markets are commercial and industrial companies with simultaneous waste disposal and cogeneration requirements. The Company is currently deploying its advanced systems with state-of-the-art steam turbine power generation technologies to create grid compatible electric power. About their Technologies

The BOS (Batch Oxidation System) thermally converts waste into gas. This two-stage gasification process provides the lowest possible emissions and is the most environmentally sound method for waste disposal. The BOS is modular; enabling flexibility of design, rapid deployment and ease of operation. The BOS is scalable with capacities from 1 to 180 tons per day of waste processing and beyond. By adding thermal recovery equipment, the hot effluent gas from the BOS can be used to produce renewable energy by way of steam powered turbines generating electricity.

Waste2Energy's "MCS™" is a low-cost gasification and oxidation system, in which both processes are carried out within the same vertical chamber. Like the BOS system, it oxidizes at high temperature, thus giving extremely clean emissions. It features a mechanical feed system and is ideally suited to large quantities of biomass or other consistent waste feedstock from 50 to 1000 tons per day. This system can be supplied with or without energy capture for the production of steam or electricity.

About Gregg Lorenzo

Gregg began his career as a licensed Registered Representative at 19 years of age. In 2003, Gregg was appointed a member of the "Chairman's Club," an extremely prestigious distinction in the financial services industry.
