CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwire - October 10, 2008) - Charlotte's VR Mergers and Acquisitions, founded in 1996 by the father and son team of Brad and Jay Offerdahl, has just completed the transaction of western North Carolina's Commercial Graphics-Hendersonville Printing Company. A technology-based printing company headquartered in Hendersonville, NC, Commercial Graphics operates two divisions, HPC and Copy-Works. Both are recognized for their outstanding service and state-of-the-art technology.

In business for over 25 years, Commercial Graphics has been sold to a privately held company. They look forward to continuing their impressive growth and will continue to operate under the same name with their existing management and team.
