Chartwell-Quebec: Senior Star Contest Final

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Sept. 14, 2010) - On the eve of the 10th anniversary of the International Day of Older Persons, Chartwell-Québec is pleased to present the Senior Star Contest Final, aimed at spotlighting musical talent, through voice or instrument. Last spring, 10 regional competitions open to all Québec residents 65 years of age and over were held across the province.

The 10 winners of these regional competitions shall vie for first prize during the final to be held in Montreal on September 29, 2010. On this very special occasion, this colourful show shall be judged by the following well-known and admired Québec celebrities: Judi Richards, Serge Laprade and Claudette Dion. The grand winner of "Senior Star 2010" shall be awarded a sum of $5,000.
