ChartWise:CDI is a new software program that assists hospitals in improving clinical documentation in order to help maximize DRG-related reimbursements, reduce Medicare audit risk, and provide oversight and compliance. Available with the Enterprise Edition of ChartWise:CDI, 3M Grouper Plus Software facilitates accurate and efficient grouping, editing, and calculation of expected reimbursement, and supports complete and accurate documentation of the patient's visit. Additionally, the integrated software will allow administrators to run reports to evaluate the financial impact of their hospital documentation improvement programs.
