Chase-Walton Acquired by Global Industrial Group Trelleborg

Swedish-Based Company Targets Growth Potential in Aerospace and Medical Markets

HUDSON, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 27, 2005 -- Chase-Walton Elastomers, a leading designer, developer and fabricator of silicone elastomer components, announced today the acquisition of their business by Trelleborg Sealing Solutions US, Inc., a division of Swedish conglomerate Trelleborg.

According to Walton, the results from this acquisition will benefit Chase-Walton's Aerospace and Healthcare customers as the company continues to uphold its reputation in providing outstanding customer service, robust R&D capabilities and delivery of high-quality products in a short lead time. Telleborg will continue to operate Chase-Walton and SF Medical's manufacturing plants in Hudson, MA with all of its personnel and its solid client relationships.
